About Us<\/h2>\n

In 2001, a group of students, under the guidance of\u00a0\u00a0Professor Phil Weiser<\/a>, founded the Colorado Technology Law Journal, formerly the\u00a0Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law<\/a>, at the\u00a0University of Colorado Law School<\/a>. The Colorado Technology Law Journal has since established a position among the elite national technology and telecommunications law journals, featuring seminal moments in Internet policy such as former FCC Chairman Michael Powell\u2019s articulation of the four\u00a0Internet Freedoms<\/a>\u00a0and Professor Tim Wu\u2019s groundbreaking definition of\u00a0Network Neutrality<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Colorado Technology Law Journal is closely affiliated with the\u00a0Silicon Flatirons Center<\/a>\u00a0at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Annually, the Center hosts the nationally renowned Digital Broadband Migration symposium, submissions to which are published in the fall\/winter issue of the Colorado Technology Law Journal.<\/p>\n

The University of Colorado Law School<\/a> is one of the top public law schools in the United\u00a0States.<\/p>\n

The Silicon Flatirons Center for Law, Technology, and Entrepreneurship<\/a> is an interdisciplinary research center at the University of Colorado Law School. Silicon Flatirons\u2019 core mission is to elevate the debate surrounding technology policy issues; support and enable entrepreneurship in the technology community; and inspire, prepare, and place students in these important areas.<\/p>\n

Submissions<\/h2>\n

The\u00a0Colorado Technology Law Journal<\/i>\u00a0invites manuscripts\/papers throughout the year. The reviewing cycle continues until publication spaces are filled. Please submit to the Managing Editor at ctlj@colorado.edu<\/a>. Authors may also submit articles using BePress\/ExpressO<\/a>.<\/p>\n
